An unusual northern lights observed: cats and angels playing in the sky! It’s because holiday time begins for Our friends who celebrate Christmas at 25 December.
This rare phenomenon of nature became a subject of a fresco at the ceiling of the Vatican museum:

Cats playing with the roll (guess what kind of) paper in a company of winged children, one of whom carries a book entitled «Pax» («peace» in Latin) were painted at the ceiling of a gallery.
But unfortunately then somebody too serious decided that cats is too much in this peaceful scene and painted them over
Now the ceiling looks like this:

But there is still a small room there where the same fresco rested safe till nowadays!

So when you visit the Vatican Museum, please ask them to show you the room with cherubs and cats at the ceiling, they will do it with pleasure!
